Recent Healthy Things

It has been a few weeks full of endless smoothie bowls, CrossFit PR's, and a whole lot of Kombucha! Here are a few things I've been loving lately!

{Daily smoothie bowl! Current favorite toppings-coconut, pumpkin seeds, and mulberries!}
 {The best Kombucha flavor yet! Bonus-they sell it at publix now!}
 {The best way to recover after CrossFit ;) }
 {Healthified my planner didn't I?}
 {The current B12 I'm taking. Doesn't taste too bad thankfully. I should have been taking this stuff my whole life!}
{My newest addition to my fitness wardrobe!}

Don't give up on this blog! Thank you so much to everyone who has stuck around! I'll get myself together! I promise ;).

Easy Vegan No Bake Brownies

I love no bake recipes. I make them every week and love coming up with new recipes and ideas! Today I'm sharing a quick and easy no bake brownie recipe that is perfect as a healthy snack/desert throughout the whole week!

Serves 5

Ingredients:
Brownie "batter"
-1 cup almonds
-3/4 cup dates
-1 scoop vegan protein powder
-1 or 2 tbsp cacao powder

Toppings
-pumpkin seeds
-chia seeds
-unsweetened coconut shreds

Method:
1. Blend almonds in food processor until they make an almond meal consistency.
2. Throw in dates, protein, and cacao powder with 1-2 tbsp water and blend until you get a sticky batter consistency.
3. Press down mixture into any pan/container.
4. Top with any ingredients of your choice!

Store in your fridge for 5-7 days!

These really hit the spot! And the possibilities are endless! You can switch out cacao for pb2 or the almonds with walnuts, etc. Topping them with goji berries would also be really good!
